Description:
Set on a hill in Australind just north of the port city of Bunbury the club celebrated its 60th birthday in 2008. The course is typified by wide gently undulating fairways sewn with a mix of couch and winter grasses to provide year round playing surface and beautifully manicured Bent Grass greens, mature Tuart, Gum and Wattle trees abound in the broad roughs that separate the holes. There are Grass Trees and diverse native shrubs and grasses. The entire site is set on perfectly drained sandy coastal soil. There are mobs of small kangaroo, Rosellas and a variety of other birds. A great diversity of holes in a tranquil, natural bush setting, with river and water views on many holes. Neat dress code, no denim.
Club House: overlooking course with bar, showers and catering on application.
Green Fees: $45, $25 nine holes (Four for the price of three with Guide, Mondays only, excl. pub hols)
