Description:
Founded in 1925, the club moved to its present site in 1928 and extensive planting has produced a variety of mature trees lining the fairways of blue couch, many re-planted with Greenleas Park and underground irrigation installed. All greens rebuilt and planted with Bermuda 328, well protected by bunkers, and run fair and true. The fairways place a premium on accurate driving, but the penalty for an errant shot is not too punishing. Mackay is noted for its many months of fine balmy weather. Slicks and soft spikes required. Mens Comp. Thur 11am & 1pm Ladies Comp. Wed Vet Comp. Mon 12.15pm Medley Comp. Tues 12.30pm Mixed Comp. Sat, Sun and pub hols Social golf most Sundays. Visitors welcome. Bookings advised.

Green Fees: $35 ($25 with Guide), $25 nine holes ($15 with Guide), juniors half price, visiting club members $16, $11 nine holes
