Adam Scott has had an amazing career, the highlight being the first and only Aussie (to date) to win the prized green jacket at Augusta. Now at 41 years of age, it may have been expected that the best had past him, but he continues to pop up and thrive on the world stage.
At the CJ Cup in Las Vagas on the PGA Tour, Scott finished T5 (-21) just 4 shots behind winner Rory McIlroy (-5). McIlroy finished one shot ahead of fast finishing Collin Morikawa (-24), who shot a final round -10, 62. Australia’s Cameron Smith continues with his rise up the ranks, also recording a top 10 finish (T9, -20) after four sub 70 rounds.
March Leishman (T38 ) finished on -15 after a terrific final round 64. Matt Jones also finished T38, while Jason Day and Cam Davis shared T64 on -8.
