It has only happened a handful of times in the long history of the NSW Open, with St Michael's amateur Harrison Crowe becoming just the sixth amateur to win the Kel Nagle Cup.
Crowe held his nerve to win the tournament at Concord by one shot, holding off a fast finishing Blake Windred who shot a final round 64.
