In more great news for Australian golfers after the R&A granted a place in the 150^th Open at St Andrews this year for the top 3 places at the Vic Open, comes the announcement that the winner of the men’s ISPS HANDA PGA Tour Australasia Order of Merit will now get a spot in the 2022 US Open.
As reported by Golf Australia, Jed Morgan, this year’s PGA winner, currently leads the OOM with six rounds to go. He has a handy lead but there is a hungry pack chasing that exclusive and valuable ticket, which certainly adds some spice for the closing stages of our Tour.
