Course Notes:

Noosa Springs - Carved out of Noosa's stunning landscape, Noosa Springs Resort does what all great courses do. It challenges you. It invites you to think, and then decide. It's beguiling, and beautiful. Creative, and captivating.

This 18-hole championship layout promises to enthral players of all levels. Through its natural aesthetic beauty. And it’s considered design. Every round brings new pleasures, and familiar joys. more

Coolum - A combination of good stroke play and strategic gambling are required at Coolum to walk away with a decent score. The subtleties of Trent Jones Jnr’s design here may surprise golfers familiar with his more extravagant courses. Regularly rated amongst Australia’s Top 30 courses, until 2000 Coolum had also played host to the annual Coolum Classic tournament won by such Tour stars as Ian Baker-Finch and Stuart Appleby.

Should you be planning a golf trip to South East Queensland and the Sunshine Coast then Coolum has to be one of your "must play" courses.

Club Pelican - Club Pelican, which opened in 2000, has already established a reputation as one of Australia’s finest resort golf courses. Golf Australia magazine rated the course as the 10th best resort course in Australia, not bad for a course less than a year old. In time I’m certain this Greg Norman design will be considered one of the very best tracks anywhere in Australia as it features a collection of sensational golf holes, situated in a stunning natural Australian setting at Golden Beach near Caloundra. The course is gently undulating and runs alongside numerous lakes with natural swampland reeds adding to the character of the numerous water holes.

Some holes are carved out of the natural forests meaning there can be a contrast in the playing surfaces with some fairways bordered by the tall gums providing less run than the more open water holes.

At Club Pelican, the quality of our on course facilities is only matched by those off course. Surrounded by waterways, the Club Pelican Golf Clubhouse is indisputably the best in the region. With an a la carte and buffet restaurant, verandah and indoor bars, a sandstone fireplace and sitting room and convenient concierge and baggage services, the Clubhouse is the place to dine and unwind. The comprehensively stocked Golf Shop contains everything you could ever need for your game – and more.

Twin Waters Resort - A challenging world class links style course designed by Peter Thomson. Generous rolling fairways with mounds and pot bunkers - the bunker beside the 8th green has been compared with St Andrews Road Hole bunker. Relatively flat course with plenty of water in a natural bush setting. Neat dress code.

Mt Coolum Golf Club - 18 Hole Championship Golf Course nestled at the foot of Sunshine Coast landmark - Mt Coolum.

Come and play a round of 18 with spectacular Mt Coolum as your backdrop. Acknowledged as one of the most picturesque and popular courses on the Sunshine Coast. Mt Coolum Golf Course is a relatively flat course with water play on twelve holes and an abundance of natural flora surrounding.

Tewantin Noosa Golf Club - Was it the Beauty of the course? The challenge of those famous 18 holes? Or just the good fellowship of the Clubhouse? Whatever the reason, you'll be back. The Tewantin Noosa Golf Club has that kind of appeal.

It's the Club that pioneered golf in the Noosa area and it's still the course the locals and visitors want to play. Set over 6,148 metres of easy walking, the course received a $1 million upgrade in 1999... as befits a Club that continues to stage major tournaments and test the skills of celebrity players.
