2. Cam Davis

Cam had an impressive start to the year, placing 5th at the Pebble Beach Pro-Am. This resulted in a new global ranking of 44th, where he was 52nd at the end of 2024. He has been impressing fans, finishing in the top 20 for three of his four starts in the PGA Tour. 

3. Adam Scott

World no. 18, Adam Scott, struggled to find his footing at Pebble Beach, eventually landing at a tie at 22nd. He enjoyed a bogey-free round and got his lowest 18-hole score at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. Earlier in the year he tied for 15th at The Sentry. 

4. Jason Day

Jason Day is firmly holding on to his 32nd ranking after a tie for 13th at Pebble Beach. His year was not off to a good start when he tied for 40th at the Sentry and 32nd at the Farmers Insurance Open, however, it appears that his bad luck and putting struggles have come to an end. 

5. Minjee Lee

Minjee Lee impressed spectators and players when she secured 4th place at the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions. She achieved a career-low 10-under 62 in the last round of the tournament. She has two major titles to her name and 17 career wins, however, the 4th place tie was her best result since March 2024.

6. Min Woo Lee

Min Woo Lee is ranked 52nd in the world, but he recently impressed when he tied for 17th at Pebble Beach. Despite his bogeys on the 5th and 17th holes, he scored a total of 69 on the 72-par course. He also scored within the top 20 at the Hero Dubai Desert Classic and the BMW Australian PGA Championship last year. 

7. Cameron Smith

Cameron Smith is currently outside the world’s top 90, placing at 91. He is yet to compete in any tournaments in 2025, but he came second at the BMW Australian PGA Championship in 2024 and tied for 39th at the ISPS Handa Australian Open.

8. Gabriela Ruffels

Gabriela is considered a rookie, first joining the LPGA Tour in 2024. She’s already managed to land within the world’s top 50 golfers, with her top results a third place at both the Fir Hills Seri Pak Championship and the Cognizant Founders Cup in 2024. This year is looking to be a promising start for the young player.

9. Elvis Smylie

Elvis is one to watch. He may be ranked 205th in the world, but after claiming the title at the BMW Australian PGA Championship in 2024, he has grabbed the world’s attention. He skipped the Bahrain Championship and was cut at Ras Al Khaimah, but based on his past results, he will have a good season.

10. Stephanie Kyriacou

Stephanie is currently ranking 54th, dropping two positions after being cut at the ANNIKA at Pelican. 2024 was not the most successful year for her, although she did manage to land second place at The Amundi Evian Championship. However, the year was also full of cuts and placing outside of the top 40 at tournaments.
