The Geelong Golf Club golf course is essentially a “pay for play” public access course. The general golfing public are welcome to book tee slots outside the times reserved for member competition and events.
The green fee pricing will regularly change and each booking fee will be determined using ‘yield management strategies’. This means the prices will be typically highest at the most popular times and generally lowest when the general demand for tee slots is low. Hence, Saturday and Sunday slot bookings in Autumn and Spring will probably be priced higher than a Tuesday morning, mid-winter slot.

CENTRAL CORE & CLUBHOUSE
We have prepared a long term master plan for the central core precinct. These plans provide eventually for a cluster of commercial activity which should complement the whole golf experience and further drive patronage.
The master plan provides for:
* a stunning new clubhouse incorporating a pro-shop and change rooms;
* a learning centre and cart store;
* a function facility to cater for large scale social events;
* a bowls club facility;
* a large central off street car parking area; and
* an apartment complex (STCA)

MEMBERSHIP
There are two distinctly different types of Foundation Membership which should cater for most golfers.

GOLD
The first is called a foundation GOLD MEMBERSHIP. With this type of membership you pay a single once only, low joining fee and an up front annual fee. This entitles you to membership of the club and as such, preferential participation in all club competition, full voting rights and unlimited course access for social golf (subject to booking times being available).

SILVER
An exciting new type of membership category we also offer is our foundation SILVER MEMBERSHIP. You still pay a low, once only joining fee and a small annual fee however you must also pay a discounted green fee every time you play. This membership provides you with full membership of the club, full voting rights and a right to participate in all competition (although the Gold Members will have preference in front of you if places are limited).

GEELONG GOLF CLUB RESIDENTIAL ESTATE
