| Description | Only 3 hour’s drive from Melbourne & 60km from Echuca, located in the Murray Region. Home course of professional golfer Stuart Appleby. Tight layout carved out of the Gunbower forest along the banks of the Gunbower Creek, a great test for all levels of golfer. Well treed, uniquely situated on Australia’s largest inland island. Excellent bent grass greens & Santa Ana Fairways, some creek frontage and a number of bunkers. The final hole dog legs uphill and presents a tough finish. A nice set of par threes offer a good challenge with the 11th a stand out. Kangaroos and Murray River bird life share these renowned fairways amongst the tall red gum and box forest trees. Neat dress code. Mens Comp. Thurs, Sat, Sun noon-12.30pm. Ladies Comp. Wed 10-10.15am Mar-Oct, 9-9.15am Nov-Mar, Sat, Sun noon - 12.30pm. Visitors welcome all times.
