The Palms

Nestled within century old cabbage palms, The Palms golf course is a return to the traditions of the game, with distinctive holes, deep greenside bunkers and boldly contoured greens. Requiring creative shot making, The Palms is designed to challenge players of all abilities. “The Palms is unique because of its rustic bunker style and unique layout. The Palms is deliberately shorter and requires the player to think more about where the pin is and where they need to be aiming - It’s the thinking man’s course.” Ross Watson – Course Architect

The Pines

As Australia’s only Arnold Palmer signature course, The Pines golf course is recognised as one of Australia’s best and most challenging courses. Carved through 101 hectares of established pine forest, the course features corridor approaches to several holes, with lakes guarding others. Fourteen of the holes are contoured around six man-made lakes. An abundance of wildlife features on The Pines including rare bird life and scores of native Australian kangaroos

With a scratch rating of 74 off the black tees and 72 off the blue tees the course offers a very special golfing experience. In the words of Sanctuary Cove’s touring professional, Adam Scott, “When I think of great golf in Australia, I think of The Pines at Sanctuary Cove, a true test of the game.” The Pines practice facilities include three practice holes only a short distance from the Clubhouse, two practice putting and chipping greens as well as a double-ended driving range; all set within a beautiful landscape of pine trees, native wildlife and The Pines golf course.

Sanctuary Cove Country Club located along Gleneagles Drive prides itself in providing Equity Members with access to some of the very best facilities on the Coast. We provide the ultimate training and recreation environment with the latest gymnasium equipment, four air conditioned training rooms, a weight training room, a secluded yoga studio and group fitness room, five floodlit tennis courts, a 25-metre heated lap pool with barbecue gazebo, private spas and saunas, specialised treatment rooms, our first class kidz club, Arnie’s and our highly trained professional staff.
