| Description | Opened in 1964, set on rolling hills offering views to the sea. Many tree lined fairways interwoven creeks and dams, abundance of wildlife. Many potential signature holes, with water carries and lay-up holes. The ability to move the ball both ways essential to score low. Predominantly Santa Anna irrigated fairways and greens, holes in all directions of the compass. Club has won Simpson Cup 4 times and is a successful breeding ground for Pro's incl; Glenn Joyner, Justin Cooper, Adrian Percey, Adam Bland, Peter Cooke and Jordan Sherratt. Currently undergoing extensive redevelopment by renowned golf course architects Crafter and Mogford. Front nine development underway. Strict dress code. Soft spikes only. Comps. Mon, Wed - Sun. No access for public on Sat unless playing in comp with a current GA Handicap. Restrictions on Sat and certain times on Wed. Bookings essential. |
