| Description | Championship course featuring magnificent grass greens and challenging bunkers, a Ross Watson design. The two nines have been recently swapped around. The front nine is lined with the spectacular backdrop of golden wattle, pine and gum trees. A feature hole is the 9th, a short Par 3 with a tiger tee in play at tournaments and bunkers protect all sides of the green. The back nine is gently undulating and played throughout tall timbers and creek crossings. Holes 10-12 played alongside Eagle Creek. The 14th hole 'Gallipoli' is Barham's trademark with a massive bunker located at the foot of the green, while the challenging closing hole is played from an elevated tee over the creek and onto a green surrounded by bunkers. Neat dress code. Soft spikes required. Mens Comp. Thur, Sat, Sun Ladies Comp. Wed, Sat, Sun Visitors most welcome. Bookings essential for comps. |

CluBarham Golf and Sports
This well-established 18 hole course is located just across the border on the NSW side of the Murray River, mid way between Echuca and Swan Hill.
Major highlights at the CluBarham Golf & Sports include four sensational new holes and driving range designed by renowned golf course architect Ross Watson in August 2003. More recently there has been new greens built on the 4th and 6th holes, both now protected by bunkers.
And in March 2018, the Par 3 15th was completely rebuilt tee to green. Designed by Richard Stokes it has a raised tee and the green is double the original size with grass bunkers only (no sand).
These new holes have given a new dimension to the existing layout and are part of an overall master plan for the CluBarham Golf & Sports. There are regular golf competitions for both women and men on Saturdays and Sundays, plus Ladies competition on Wednesday and Men’s on Thursday. Visitors with handicaps are most welcome to enter, bookings, however are essential.
Soft spikes must be worn and a neat dress code applies on the course and in the Club House.
Other attractions include 14 lawn tennis courts (in season), bar, sports café, restaurant, modern well stocked pro shop and golf lessons are available.
With the purchase of the Barham Golf Resort in 2002 many improvements have been completed. Eight new en-suite caravan sites are now available, along with 4 new luxury spa units and a heated swimming pool has been completed to complement a great new barbecue area outdoors.
