Description:
Well established course with challenging bunkers and greens. Redesign of four holes and two new greens by Ross Watson. Course is gently undulating played through tall timbers and creek crossings. The 5th hole 'Gallipoli' is a feature hole with a huge bunker located at foot of the green. 9th hole plays from an elevated tee over a creek to a green surrounded by bunkers. Course is lined with Golden Wattle, Pine and Gum trees. Neat dress code. Soft spikes required. Mens Comp. Thur, Sat, Sun Ladies Comp. Wed, Sat, Sun Visitors most welcome. Bookings essential for comps. Pro Shop Cup 54 holes team event 4th & 5th Feb 2012, Golden River Ambrose 26 & 27th May 2012, Annual Tournament 19th to 22nd July 2012, 56th Border Open Pro-Am 7th to 9th Sep 2012 (Australia's longest running 2 day Pro Am event).
Club House: bar, Sports cafe, restaurant, 14 lawn tennis courts, 2 tifdwarf bowling greens.
