Description:
Bothwell village is home to Ratho Farm Golf Links (Australia's oldest course), the Australian Golf Museum and the Australian Golf Heritage Festival held in May. Visitors are encouraged to enjoy the course as the earliest golfers did and hire Hickory clubs and early golfing attire. There are blind shots and unique hazards, and is exposed to the elements and coupled with firm turf most of the year round. The holes are generous off the tee, with small greens demanding accurate approach shots. The layout wanders over steady ground and is an easy walk. Open to visitors at all times.
Club House: bar, only open on competition days or by special request, snack bar open 7 days.
