Description:
Island/Pines designed by Thomson & Wolveridge. Built on pure sand. The Lake nine, designed by Michael Coate opened in 1996. It's slightly narrower with fewer trees, greens more treacherous and the bunkering set up to challenge the long hitters. Undulating Santa Ana couch fairways and vast greens surrounded by mounds and tricky slopes. Both fairways and greens are thoughtfully bunkered, generally with large but shallow traps. Set in pine plantation, a lake on each nine makes this course very picturesque.
Club House: Bistro overlooks the course with snacks and meals available, fully licensed, showers.
Green Fees: Weekends $30, $20 nine holes, midweek $22.50, $17.50 nine holes. Student, pensioner and senior discounts available weekdays
