The Vines, Meadow Springs and Secret Harbour are other properties that has established on course housing on sale at various times.

The ambitious Ravenswood project inland from Mandurah with two proposed golf courses has not proceeded. There are still modestly-priced blocks of land fronting the nearby existing Pinjarra Golf Course.
